退款政策

1. Eligible Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after customers receive the perfume package. All return applications must be submitted via our store order page before the deadline. Requests beyond 30 days will not be approved.

2. Product Return Requirements

  1. All returned perfumes must remain unopened, unused, unsprayed, with intact original gift box, anti-counterfeit labels, batch codes and complete outer packaging.
  2. Damaged, sprayed, missing packaging or used products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene restrictions for fragrance goods.
  3. Customers must provide clear photos/videos of full package condition for return review.

3. Refund Without Return (Special Consolation)

For minor product description discrepancies confirmed by our customer service, we offer a full refund without item return as a one-time compensation. Customers need to leave an authentic 5-star positive review on the order page after refund completion to receive this offer.

4. Return Shipping Fee Rule

  • If returns are caused by our errors: wrong item, damaged delivery, defective packaging, we cover all return shipping costs and provide pre-paid shipping labels.
  • If returns are for personal reasons (scent dislike, wrong purchase), customers bear the full return shipping fee, and a small restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, the full refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3–7 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s settlement schedule.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened, sprayed or partially used perfume products
  • Returns submitted over 30 days after delivery
  • Lost, missing or damaged original brand packaging
  • Custom clearance fees, international shipping surcharges are non-refundable under any circumstances
