1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing orders on chanellescentshop.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable sales policies, return & refund rules, and privacy policy posted on our website. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not authorized to use our store or purchase any products.

2. Product & Authenticity Statement

We are an officially authorized distributor of Chanel luxury fragrance series. All perfumes sold on our store are 100% genuine brand merchandise, supplied via official authorized supply chains, complete with original gift boxes, unique batch codes and official anti-counterfeit labels. All product descriptions, images and scent introductions are consistent with the actual goods you will receive.

3. Account & Order Rules

  1. You must provide accurate, valid personal contact, shipping and payment information when creating orders. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order with false, incomplete or invalid customer information.
  2. All orders are subject to stock verification. If the item you purchased runs out of inventory after payment, we will fully refund your payment within 7 working days and notify you via registered email.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under special circumstances, including but not limited to abnormal bulk orders, suspected fraudulent payment, repeated return abuse, and policy violation orders.

4. Pricing & Payment Regulations

  1. All product prices displayed on the website are denominated in US Dollars, excluding international shipping fees, customs duties and tax surcharges unless marked as free shipping.
  2. We support all mainstream payment methods available on Shopify Payments. Payment must be fully completed before we arrange shipment. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
  3. We adjust product prices irregularly according to brand supply cost fluctuations, and price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been successfully paid.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability

  1. We will arrange delivery within 1–3 business days after confirming your payment. Estimated delivery time is for reference only, delays caused by logistics, customs inspection or force majeure are not within our compensation scope.
  2. It is your responsibility to check the package condition upon receiving the parcel. If the perfume bottle or outer box is damaged during transit, you must provide clear photos or video evidence to customer service within 24 hours after delivery for damage compensation processing.
  3. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping addresses filled in by customers.

6. Return, Refund & Review Agreement

All return and refund requests shall be handled in accordance with our independent Return & Refund Policy.

For customers who apply for full refund without returning goods due to minor product discrepancies, you agree to publish an authentic 5-star positive review for the corresponding order after the refund is processed successfully as agreed compensation condition.

7. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

All brand logos, bottle designs, official fragrance descriptions and packaging images displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Chanel. We hold formal authorized sales qualification to use these materials for retail display only. Unauthorized reproduction, editing or commercial reuse of our website pictures and text content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

You shall not use this website for illegal activities, fraud, malicious order brushing, repeated refund abuse, or any behavior that violates U.S. local e-commerce laws and platform regulations. We reserve the right to permanently block your access and pursue legal liabilities for violations.
