1. Processing Time
All perfume orders will be processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We will send you an email with tracking number once your package is dispatched.
2. Shipping Service & Delivery Time
We provide domestic US shipping only for all fragrance products.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch
The delivery time is an estimated reference, delays caused by logistics sorting, weather or traffic are not eligible for compensation.
3. Shipping Fee Rules
- Standard shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
- Free standard shipping will be offered for orders over the specified threshold shown on the checkout page.
- Expedited shipping requires an extra surcharge, which will be displayed before you complete payment.
4. Tracking & Parcel Receipt
- You can track your package status anytime via the tracking link sent to your registered email.
- Please inspect the outer box and perfume bottles immediately upon receiving the parcel. If the package is crushed, broken or leaking, you must take clear photos/videos as proof and contact customer service within 24 hours for damage claims.
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels if you fill in an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the courier fails to deliver the package due to customer reasons (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused to sign), the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You need to bear the round-trip logistics fee if you request re-delivery after the parcel is returned.
6. Shipping Exclusions & Liability
- We only arrange delivery to valid US domestic addresses; international cross-border shipping is not supported at present.
- Force majeure factors including natural disasters, logistics system breakdowns, customs inspection delays are beyond our control, and we will not take responsibility for resulting delays or losses.
- All perfume goods are packed with shockproof bubble wrap and hard cartons to reduce breakage risk; we only accept damage claims with complete visual evidence submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
